Aid Stations:  All trail run races are sponsored by Infinit Nutrution and will have at least one on-course water/nutrition stop at each race and will have traditional post-race food and drink.  SUPPORT IS MINIMAL AT THESE RACES SO BE MORE SELF SUFFICIENT.

Fees: As noted above are on-line only ($5 discount for under 20 years old (Junior)).  Day-of fees are $10 more; this is to encourage pre-registration so we can just focus on the RACE on race day and not paperwork. As with the 2013 Series, 2014 will be a no-frills set up; no shirts or other swag, and awards will be modest.  We just want folks to come out and have fun on the trails.

Point Series: for 2014, racers will accumulate points for where they finish within their Age  Divisions based on age as of 12/31/2014, NOT age on Race Day; Age Divisions are Junior, Open, Master, Senior.  Must complete at least 2 trail run races to qualify for Point Series championship.  Points are only accumulated for participation in the longest distance offered, if more than one distance is offered for any race date.  The racer with the most points in their Age Division at the end of the season will earn something pretty special!   2013 Series winners earned custom Trail Series running vests; what will 2014 have in store?!

Age Division Points: Top 10 finishers of each race in each Age Division earn points -

  • 1st – 100 points
  • 2nd – 90 points
  • 3rd – 82
  • 4th – 75
  • 5th – 69
  • 6th – 63
  • 7th – 58

  • 10th – 45

Awards:  Top male/female of each Age Division of the 2014 Point Series will get some sweet prizes/awards and will be announced at the conclusion of the final race in November. Race day awards are also presented to top overall male/female only in the following Age Divisions: Junior (under 20), Open (20-39), Master (40-54), Senior (55+).
